It has just been announced that Aamir Khan‘s son Junaid Khan‘s debut film is set to release on OTT on June 14. The film is titled ‘Maharaja‘ and also stars Sharvari Wagh, Shalini Pandey. Meanwhile, even before the release of his maiden film, Junaid has already started shooting for his second film, co-starring Sai Pallavi. And now, according to reports, he’s on his third movie.
Junaid is set to team up with Khushi Kapoor for a film which is a romantic comedy.It’s an adaptation of the Tamil hit film ‘Love Today’. According to a report in Mid-day, the film has gone on floors in Mumbai on Monday. The film is directed by Advait Chandan. The shooting began in Mira road. According to the report, the movie was originally supposed to roll in June but it has begun shooting early as Junaid will be busy promoting ‘Maharaja’ next month. The next three weeks of shoot have been scheduled in Mumbai itself. As of now, on Monday, the shoot has begun at the Seven Eleven Club in Mira Road which is the location for the next few days.
The shoot began on Sunday but portions of Junaid and Khushi have begun from Monday onwards.
The makers want to wrap up some outdoor portions of the film before the rains begin. The film is produced by Aamir Khan who is currently busy shooting for ‘Sitaare Zameen Par’. The film also stars Genelia Deshmukh.
