She took to Twitter to share a BTS video of her dance rehearsals for the song Naach and wrote, “My first century!! 🥹💯 it’s not just about the number (which I do admit feels great 😉) but it’s also proof of the love #DreamGirl2 has gotten from the audiences ❤️ which I’m forever grateful for 🙏🏼 thank you to EVERYONE who made it possible 😇.”
Earlier, Ayushmann had expressed his happiness that his film Dream Girl 2 managed to find its audience amid two big releases – Sunny Deol’s Gadar 2 and Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan, which have made some historical records at the box office.
He had also said in a press note that the film has turned out to be his biggest opener till date surpassing the opening day figure of his 2019 movie Bala that had earned Rs 10.15 crore. Dream Girl 2 got off to a great start at the domestic box office after the film collected Rs 10.69 crore net on the first day of its release.
The movie also features Paresh Rawal, Annu Kapoor, Rajpal Yadav, Vijay Raaz, Asrani, Abhishek Banerjee, Manjot Singh and Seema Pahwa. It is produced by Ektaa R Kapoor’s Balaji Motion Pictures.
