Home Remedies For Asthma
1) Kaloonji
The anti-inflammatory properties present in Kalonji prove to be beneficial in the treatment of asthma. It is also used to treat bronchitis. Half a teaspoon of Kalonji oil, one teaspoon of honey, one cup of warm water are required to use Isko. For this, mix kalonji oil and honey in water, then drink it once before breakfast and once after dinner. Repeat this for 40 days for best results.
2) Honey
Honey helps in reducing the symptoms of asthma and also helps in better sleep. To use it, mix a teaspoon of honey in water and drink it slowly. Eat one more spoonful of honey mixed with cinnamon powder before sleeping. Drink this honey water three times a day and take a mixture of honey and cinnamon every night before going to bed.
3) Turmeric
Drink turmeric water for asthma problems. Repeat this three times a day for 10-14 days. Haldi mein curcumin hota hai. This phytochemical is very beneficial as an add-on therapy for asthma relief.
4) Garlic
Garlic helps to clear the congestion in your lungs, thereby providing immediate relief from asthma symptoms. Boil garlic cloves in milk and drink this decoction to reduce asthma symptoms. Drink it once a day.
5) Ginger
Grate fresh ginger and put it in hot water. Then let it soak for five to seven minutes. Now take water well, add honey and drink this herbal tea. You can also chew a small piece of ginger several times a day. This is the most common home remedy for asthma.
