The Venue S+ is powered by a 1.2-litre, 4-cylinder petrol engine that delivers 83 hp and 114 Nm of torque, paired with a five-speed manual transmission.
Besides the electric sunroof now on offer, other notable features include an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a digital instrument cluster with a color TFT display, rear AC vents, and roof rails.On the safety front, Hyundai has equipped the S+ with essential features such as six airbags, Electronic Stability Control (ESC), and Hill-Start Assist Control (HAC).

Hyundai Venue S+: Price and competition
The Hyundai Venue holds its own in the competitive sub-4 metre SUV segment, rivaling the likes of the Mahindra XUV300, Tata Nexon, and Maruti Brezza. The Venue lineup is currently priced from Rs 7.94 lakh for the base variant to Rs 13.48 lakh (ex-showroom) for the top-end model. As for the S+ variant, it is slotted in between the S and (O) variants, priced at Rs 9.25 lakh. It is nearly Rs 65,000 cheaper than the S (O)+ variant which was launched earlier this month.
