Sensex Rises Nearly 190 PTS, Nifty Above 22,150; T+0 Settlement Begins Today

Nifty Mid Cap 100 and Small Cap 100 opened in positive territory. Nifty Bank was rose by 0.29 per cent at 46,923.85.

The BSE Sensex opened in the green teritory at 73,149.34, and went up by 153.03 points. The NSE Nifty50 index opened in the green teritory at 22,163.60, went up by 39.95 points or 0.18 per cent.

The Nifty Bank index also traded higher in the early morning session  and rose by 285 points or 0.60% at 47,071.85.

Nifty Mid Cap 100 and Small Cap 100 opened in positive territory. Nifty Bank was rose by 0.29 per cent at 46,923.85.

IDFC First Bank: According to the reports, Cloverdell Investment, which is an affiliate of Warburg Pincus is going to sell 15.9 crore shares in the private sector bank today via block deal.

Cyient: The company entered into a strategic partnership with Deutsche Aircraft for detail design and manufacturing (DFM) of the rear fuselage section for the 40-seater D328eco regional turboprop aircraft. 

Markets At Pre-Open

At pre-opening, Sensex traded in the green at 73,149.34 up by 153.03 points or 0.21 per cent, at the same time, the Nifty50 index traded in the green at 22,163.60 up by 39.95 points or 0.18 per cent.

On 27th March, Sensex rose by 526.01 points to settle at 72,996.31. The NSE Nifty also rose by 118.95 points or 0.54 per cent to end at 22,123.65.

On 27th March, The Nifty Bank index comprises 12 banking stocks, gained 185.75 points or 0.40 per cent to finish at 46,785.95.
