The video shows a blue coloured Swift which has a Delhi Policebarricade hanging on to its left side, driving on what looks like a major flyover in Delhi during night time.The car’s hazard lamps have also been turned on as the person on a different vehicle makes a video of the incident. Later on in the video, the barricade’s wheel also breaks away after being dragged for a long distance.

It is yet to be ascertained if any action has been taken against the perpetrators by authorities yet. Barricades are placed by cops to crack down on rash driving, drunk driving, as well as people driving on the wrong side of roads. Most of the times these barricades are manned by Delhi Police personnel in order to keep a check on drivers at night, however, in this case it does not look like this particular barricade was manned by cops.
